We offer regular weekly yoga classes, along with private sessions for individuals or small parties. Class Schedules are updated weekly on our Facebook and Instagram pages!

Weekly Classes

Zoom and in-person class schedule:

Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.: Yin Yoga with Emily

Friday at 6:30 a.m.: Vinyasa Yoga with Trisha

Sunday at 4 p.m.: Modified Ashtanga with Emily
